GSPF® - GNSS Simulation & Processing

The ‘GNSS Simulation and Processing Framework’ tool ‘GSPF®’ is the perfect solution for fast and reliable development of any type of navigation simulation and processing. Take advantage of our algorithm know-how!

Overview

Efficiency in algorithmic development and system design is the key to success in research and commercial development.

The GSPF® tool is capable of solving two scenarios of algorithm development:

  • Core algorithm re-use: Avoid re-implementing the basic navigation algorithms using our large algorithms library
  • Application logic re-use: Avoid re-implementing the application logic for every application through our simple graphical logic configurator
Benefits

The GSPF® consists of a fixed kernel acting as a run-time environment and a wide range of algorithm modules grouped in dynamic libraries. This approach enables some unique benefits for the user.

Rely on proven algorithm know-how by re-use

More than 500 algorithm modules are available, already tested and used in different projects (EGNOS, Galileo, GATE, ...). Do not waste time on implementing already proven algorithms. Just re-use!

Easy extension of processing capabilities by customer

When relying on libraries for application building, usually a 'capability-gap' remains. This is a major drawback when solely depending on libraries. With the C++ API available through GSPF®, the customers can extend the library with their own modules covering additional algorithms. So every user can solve the classical ‘capability-gap’ of libraries.

Short time-to-application-readiness by graphical configuration

With the GSPF®, an experienced user can set up the desired application in very short time by selecting algorithm modules and proper configuration of the data and processing flow. The user is fully supported by graphical modelling of the processing configuration and setting of parameters.

Features

The following features will provide a first impression of the powerful capabilities of the GSPF®. Due to these features, the GSPF® is a unique tool for navigation applications.

Large module library

  • More than 500 modules available
  • Many algorithms (positioning, preprocessing, integrity, RTK, ...)
  • Many data types supported (RINEX 3.0, IONEX, SP3, ...)
  • Many 2D/3D visualisation and statistics algorithms available
  • Major systems supported (GPS, Galileo, ...)
  • Organized in run-time loadable libraries (DLL / SO)
  • Add own custom modules through a C++ API

Configuration of Processing Logic

  • Graphical programming of processing (application) logic
  • Hierarchical modelling to cover complex processing logic

Runtime Capabilities

  • Suited for post-processing of stored data (batch and interactive)
  • (Soft) Real-time processing of data streams
  • Available on all major platforms (Windows, Linux, Solaris)
